Service
RafiHive provides AI-assisted regulatory research and drafting support for EU pharma regulatory affairs. It is an informational tool, not legal or regulatory advice.
No reliance without review
Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by qualified regulatory professionals before use in submissions, authority communication, client advice or business-critical decisions. You are responsible for verifying all outputs.
Accounts & acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or submit unlawful content.
Plans, trials & billing
The free trial provides a limited number of questions (currently 3). Paid plans (Individual and Team) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Where you are a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights apply.
Intellectual property
RafiHive and its content are owned by the operator. You retain rights to the content you submit; you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service to you.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for reliance on outputs. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health under German law).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts competent for the operator’s seat in Germany have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
